My Son, The Bully

Yesterday, when I was going through Brendan's school folder, I found this! He told me his teacher made him write it because he called a little boy in his class, "a dummy."

Niiiice.

I use to make my boys writes sentences too when they were little. It really helps get the point across:)

Oh, I'm sure in your son's case, he didn't mean anything by it..... On the other hand, a kid at school gave my daughter a piece of Valentine's candy with "Cross-eye" written across it because she has a "lazy eye". The school knows who gave it to her...I hope he's still writing out "I'm sorry".

*LOL* I remember having done those a lot when I was in school. Mine included, "I shouldn't talk in class," "I shouldn't hit the boys," "I shouldn't interrupt the teacher," well... you get the idea. Hehehe!

Sentences are the only thing that ever worked for my son...even at 17, having to write is more painful than taking away the ipod or xbox.

"WHY do people use writing as a punishment!?!" cried the writing teacher.
